TASTING NOTES

Light steel-tone white gold. Clear and star bright. Very aromatic and complex. Aromas of apricot and almond. Smooth and creamy structure with a fresh and pleasant acidity. At the beginning fruity aromas are perceived but the long finish is dominated by very elegant notes of wood.

TO THE EYES

Clear and shiny deep gold with white gold hues.

ON THE NOSE

Medium-high intensity with complex aromas including fresh peach, chamomile, honey, toasted almonds and spice.

ON THE PALATE

Dry and fresh with a smooth and creamy structure, full bodied with balanced acidity. Persistent and complex flavours of apricot and roasted almonds, a long finish with hints of white pepper.
