The Listán Negro grape, grown on the slopes and valleys of the volcanoes, is hand-harvested once it reaches the desired ripeness.
After careful selection of the grapes, the stems and skins are removed, and the pulp is placed in a tank where it stays for 12 hours to extract varietal aromas and color. The must is then drained off and transferred to ferment like a white wine, at temperatures between 15–16°C.

Nose Aromas of red fruits — strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, currant — and rose petals.
Palate Fresh and fruity on the palate, very pleasant and easy to drink.
