An award-winning, estate-grown white wine from 50-year-old Macabeo vines.
Crafted from a tiny, high-altitude 5-hectare plot at the historic Casa de la Viña estate (est. 1882), Macabeo MON 2025 is an exceptional expression of old-vine white wine. To maximize the concentration of natural sugars and flavors, the vines were defoliated 10 days before hand-harvesting at dawn. Using a gravity-fed cellar design, carbonic snow, and partial French oak barrel aging with frequentbâtonnage, this wine balances creaminess with vivacity.
Award Winning Heritage: Previous vintages of this wine achieved 97 points in the Guía Vinos y Aceites SEVI (named Best Spanish Macabeo) and a Silver Medal at the Millésime Bio.
